Giulio Commerso – A Passion That Moves

Originally from Fano, Italy, Giulio Commerso began dancing at the age of nine. At 15, he moved to Parma to pursue his training at Professione Danza Parma under the direction of Francesco Frola and Lucia Giuffrida.
In 2026, he celebrated notable achievements: third place in the contemporary dance category at YGP in Paris, followed by first prizes in both classical ballet and contemporary dance at the International Talent Award in Cattolica, where he also received the “Talent Award 2026”.
Thanks to the support of the Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation, Giulio is now able to continue his training at the School of the Hamburg Ballet. His ambition is to make dance his profession and touch audiences through his artistry. Through our scholarship, we accompany him on this journey and are delighted to support his continued development.
